Traditionally known as "Tonir Lavash", Lavash is an ethnic flatbread that started more than 3,000 years ago in a region between the Black and Caspian Seas. Ancient civilizations of this region baked lavash bread in subterranean clay ovens (tonir) during the wheat harvest. Today, Organic Lavash Bread adopts this unique baking method and uses only the most natural ingredients to produce authentic home-style breads.
